At Drupes, customer satisfaction matters to us. As our products are food items, we take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’re here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
You may request an exchange or refund if:
- The product arrived damaged or leaked
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is expired upon arrival
To be eligible, the request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used food products
- Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
- Change of mind after purchase
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please email us at support@drupes.sg with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Reason for request
- Valid Return or refund policy
Our team will review your case within 2–4 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via:
- Store credit, or
- Original mode of payment (when applicable)
Refund processing time: 5–10 working days.
6. Exchanges
If an exchange is approved by return and refunds policy, we will arrange:
- A replacement product to be delivered, or
- A pickup/return of the defective item (if required)
7. Delivery Issues
If your order was lost in transit or not delivered, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our delivery partner and provide a solution.
